Bill has been the minister at the Free Church since 1995. He hails from Ireland and his father is a professional photographer. He came to St Ives from Westminster College, Cambridge, and prior to that ministered in Rugby. The Free Church was extensively converted and re-opened in 1980 to serve God and the community. It accommodates a large number of community groups including the St Ives Photographic Club who meet there, in the 'Centrum', every Tuesday evening during the winter programme. Here the Club holds its prestigious InterPrint Competitions and Annual Exhibition.
