A new era, a new life. Jessica Rose Lumley was born at Hinchingbrooke Hospital at 6.41am on the first day of the 21st century, weighing 8lb 6oz. She is Huntingdonshire's Millenium Baby. The proud parents are Graham, a research and development engineer, and Christine, a 'New Deal' advisor at Huntingdon Job Centre.
